Add a bunch of tags for the repo

out of curiosity, were you thinking that the tags should be embedded in the front-matter in the pages, or were you thinking of something else? i don't think that mkdocs has support for creating tag pivot pages, etc. we can do some digging here.

I ended up just adding them to the github about page
