[BUG] 3.11.01-alpha-4 broke Rules to sort by Itemrack outfits

Describe the bug
In 3.11.01-alpha-3 and anything before that, my Outfit rules sort Itemrack gear sets into preselected sections. In 3.11.01-alpha-4 that function no longer works. Arkinventory Outfit rules continue to work with the game's built-in Equipment Manager, but no longer with Itemrack

To Reproduce
I disabled all addons except: Simple Addon Manager; Arkinventory; Itemrack

If I update to 3.11.01-alpha-4 or higher, the Itemrack gearsets do not sort.
If I downgrade to 3.11.01-alpha-3 or earlier, the Itemrack gearsets sort.

Additional context
With the Arkinventory addon downgraded to alph3, I disable Itemrack and the items do not sort, so that was to confirm the sorting only occurs with Itemrack enabled, gearset created in Itemrack, and Arkinventory at 3.11.01-alpha-3 or below.
