How should this look like for the user?

Chat in cards: So that person doesn't need to go to main dashboard every time they have a question. Utilizing the area to the right that is at the moment very empty. But also should be accessible on the main page so that they can just check if they have gotten an answer/response by checking the bubble in the right corner.
On the Ais side to be able to know if the company has asked something an email will be sent to the email of their contact person or to the mail specified on each card unless specified otherwise
