v0.2.0-M1

After the latest round of PRs merge I feel motivated to publish v0.2.0-M1.

We still have non-trivial breaking changes to do (most importantly, creating wrappers for dom.Event). But I think the WIP 0.2.x series is already better than Calico 0.1.x series, so better to encourage users to try that instead.
