Story:
- As a user, I want to receive notifications or alerts about any disturbances or obstacles on my chosen path so that I can be prepared or choose an alternate route.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Real-time notifications about road closures, construction, or any disturbances.
- Option to reroute based on these disturbances.
- Toggle option to enable/disable such notifications.
