Pre-Compiled Bootstrap.css

@chrisbarnes I realized later rather than sooner you added this theme's Wordpress styles into your compiled bootstrap.css file. Being tired, I was under the impression boostrap.css was Bootstrap only. Fortunately, it seems your styles are appended. Is that right?

In a future update, would you please separate your own styles from Bootstrap? For those of us using Bootstrap Sass or Less this will override your compiled bootstrap.css which defeats the purpose of using Sass or Less.

@djmtype These are all separated out now and we're using bower to bring in libraries like bootstrap. Have a look and let me know what you think.
