How to Change default boostrap theme to bootswatch cyborg

Demon : https://bootswatch.com/cyborg/

im already replace bootstrap.css and bootstrap.min.css in wordpress-bootstrap\bower_components\bootstrap

but clear cache and refresh still using the default theme,
whats im missing?
