Create Slytherin Page

Create a new page about Salazar Slytherin and Slytherin House which opens when you click this button.

Don't forget to link the page to this button. also create a separate folder for this by naming it Slytherin & use a theme of green, silver & black colors to make this page.

I would also like to add a folder containing houe_example.html and house_example.css for contributors to easily solve issues: #28 #27 and #26

@arnav1776 I am currently working on the template now. Since you have made @Rahulkumar2002 @MariamChowdhury and @aurora-0025 wait for my PR, please note that it might take somewhere between 24-48 hours for me to create one.

@Sriram-bb63 the web-page looks awesome you have done good work, but I don't think you have linked it to the index file so it can't be accessed from the main page please fix that & put Slytherin.html & css files in a single folder.
