Feature Request: Play-sounds randomizer

Create a randomizer for play-sounds. Where the plugin chooses from x number of sounds listed & plays them at random.
Individual parameters for time, and once the sound (parameter) ends, play another from the listed sounds.
Could be defined in a yml or similar?
