Fantastic theme!
I noticed an issue with link building. For medium/small devices where the jQuery mmenu loads instead of the top menu bar, it doesn't seem to build the external link properly for the default Github menu button.
For example, on the demo site, you are properly taken to http://github.com/aron-bordin/neo-hpstr-jekyll-theme when you click the Fork menu button on a large screen where the top menu bar is shown. However, if you shrink the window down and open up the side menu instead, the Fork button takes you to http://aronbordin.com/neo-hpstr-jekyll-themehttp://github.com/aron-bordin/neo-hpstr-jekyll-theme
Haven't been able to find where I would fix that yet, but I'll reply if I run across it. Thanks!
