Extension fails to initialize

Getting the following error when the extension tries to initialize:
Azure artifacts cache failure: Couldn't compute downloadUrl

@siffogh We pushed a few fixes, particularly those that handle assets from Azure a bit better. Would you like to try the latest master once again and let know?
