Kerning in i/idiereisis in Light Irregular

There is a positive kerning only in Light Irregular master in i idieresis, not to forget to check this in other masters and in Ukrainian iukrcyr yukrcyr

I've tried to solve this by marking both the i idieresis and iukrcyr yukrcyr as "independent" in KernOn, then gave them both kerns of 0, for every master:

Questions:

1. Is this the best approach, or am I missing anything? Should these have any kerning other than 0?
2. Should the idieresis idieresis be handled in any particular way, or is that irrelevant here?

Anya checked this, and we placed a ligature for this in both locl and calt features.
