No problem, just a enhancement.
Describe the solution you'd like
Now this tool, dupeGuru, has the function that compare and find duplicate of images according to image content and regardless of file size, file type, image encode and so on.
It is better to has this feature applying to video too.
Describe alternatives you've considered
May be get a series of images from the video with ffmpeg and then compare these images can do the job.
