I the project still alive? I have clutter 1.12.2 installed and. I am
getting the following error when I try to cabal install.

    Resolving dependencies...
    Configuring clutterhs-0.1...
    cabal: The pkg-config package clutter-1.0 is required but it
    could not be
    found.
    cabal: Error: some packages failed to install:
    clutterhs-0.1 failed during the configure step. The exception
    was:
    ExitFailure 1
