Footer loading progress dissappears when doing swipe to refresh.

1. Swipe to refresh on browsing section of the app.
2. Scroll down to load more data.
3. A progress loader on the bottom of the page that is loading is no longer visible.

What's expected:
The spinner progress should appear when paging for more data.
