Cursor placement is inconsistent for target weight input.

On Android the cursor placement is not consistent to the iPhone version of the app.

To reproduce:

First Image

1. Tap on target weight input
2. Cursor is placed in the middle.

Placed on center

Second Image

1. Tap on target weight input
2. Input any weight
3. Delete all numbers
4. Cursor will be placed to the far right.

Placed on the far right

Expected behavior:
The cursor placement should be consistent with the iOS version
