[Android] Keyboard should hover over table instead of causing the table to resize

Problem: When tapping on the weight input in the application the keyboard pops up and resizes the table to a smaller height.

Expected Behavior: Keyboard should hover over the table and not cause it to change sizes.

This issue should be worked on once #49 is finished.
