duplicated functions in both public and private toolbox

The part I find is related to the SECIM_GUI package listed within toolbox. It seems some function are duplicated between /metabolomics_toolbox/packages/SECIM_GUI/loadFileFunctions/ and /metabolomics_toolbox/code/. E.g. read_nmrp.

  1. There might exist multiple such functions. We might need a way to find duplicated functions (It seems we might already have that)
  2. I don't know whether these duplicated functions are the same or their loading order.
  3. these functions seems to also have license issues.
