Is there some setting to only raise the volume when the commercial has ended and not just a second before?

Spotifree works great! Thank you for making it. I was just wondering if there was some setting where I can get it to raise the volume only when the ad is over.

What I mean is, usually it mutes the entire ad, but just before the next song comes on, I hear like a second or half a second of the last commercial. This is still quite undesirable, so I was wondering if there was a setting or some code I could edit to get it to raise the volume after the commercial is over.
