Train

Modify the main.py. Change the path of the training samples, and calculate the mean and std value of the training samples as the value "lowMean,lowStd,highMean, highStd". Then run main.py.

Predict

Modify the BrainTest.py. Change the path, the size of the input images, and the save path. Then run BrainTest.py.

Train confocal and STED images including nuclei stained with SiR-DNA

Uncompress AttUnetSuperPerceptGai-ConfSTED.zip and train your datasets.
