If you find software that doesn’t have a license, that generally means you have no permission from the creators of the software to use, modify, or share the software. Although a code host such as GitHub may allow you to view and fork the code, this does not imply that you are permitted to use, modify, or share the software for any purpose.

Author's contact information is provided in the script header,
For any bug fixes contact me: satishb3@securitylearn.net
I recommend reaching out to them and asking for permission to post their code.

The following email has been sent to the author,
Greetings, In case you weren't aware, this script has been copied to GitHub [1]. Could you please include a license[2], for this script? It could be as simple as adding the SPDX id [3], to the header. Regards, [1]: https://github.com/as0ler/BinaryCookieReader/issues/3 [2]: https://choosealicense.com [3]: https://spdx.org/ids
