cropFrame shrinks the reference image used in NCC. This may be useful in reducing processing time. However, it has been found to be unstable.

  1. If removing, probably remove the whole cropParameters structure and change to eyeMotionParameters or something.
  2. If fixing, show that the motion traces don't change but the processing time decreases.
