At least let's see if it's possible. It turns out that because Framework sucks of some Framework's internal issues sometimes you cannot reference AM from a 4.7.2 program (e. g. for winforms for windows 7)

1.3.0-rc.2 multitargetrs 4.7.2, but it still doesn't work dotnetfiddle on 4.7.2 🤔

Okay, now 1.3.0-rc.3 also adds a few dependencies dotnetfiddle complained about
