Multitarget .net 6 with and without experimental features

To make sure that generic math is not blown up on .net 7

To make a copy of the project, which would be AngouriMath.Experimental
- To move all shared things to Directory.Build.props, (see example 1, 2), leaving only the code in the original one which excludes the GenericMath folder (potentially should be renamed to Experimental?)
To make UnitTests.Experimental
To push it to AngouriMath.Experimental on myget
