There is also a discussion to be had regarding whether or not we want to continue allowing MS Suite documents at all for archival/long-term accessibility reasons.
Removing this from #81 since it is not immediately actionable.
Changing file names right now will break backwards compatibility with the legacy FTP and will break links on Open Canada. It is preferred that we wait until after the decommissioning of the legacy FTP before changing any file names.
The immediate issue (spaces in filenames) has been addressed by creating correctly-named copies on the files on @ data.
We should keep file naming and file type standards in mind going forward. I am, however, considering this issue closed.
