A few notes for the guide to simplify the local deployment:
- I'd add info about what partition key to use when setting the collections (CustomerCode)
- Seems there is a step missing for the creation of the storage table (billingItems)
- Missing step for the creation of the different queues
Apart from these - fantastic work!
