Last.fm specific URLs are not being translated correctly as the Music Service URL

When the music service URL (which is scraped from the user's last.fm page) is relative to the last.fm home page it is not being translated correctly. The resulting URL is missing the beginning of the last.fm URL. The result is a link that is relative to the page displaying the URL which results in a broken link.
