Age of included Javascripts

Asciidoc includes a number of Javascripts from other projects (ASCIIMathML.js for example). If anyone uses them it might be worthwhile comparing those to the upstream project to see if a newer version is useful (and compatible).

For the two math libraries,
The included AsciiMath is at version 1.4.7 while the latest is 2.2.
The set MathJax CDN uses version 2.7.1 while the latest is at 2.7.4
