Describe the Bug

getting few warnings while trying to install python 3.11.4

Steps to Reproduce

1. asdf install python 3.11.4
2. see result:

Expected Behaviour

install without any warnings

It seems there are missing development packages on the system - but in any case this would be better filed in asdf-python.
