Select Saved Addresses from the Send Screen

Extending on from #328

Make the address saved from the Send Screen.

When clicked in the address field, the name of the address should appear in a drop down and allow the user to paste or type in an address.
When a saved address is entered (either selected or manually entered) the label of that address is displayed on the top right - same as where Ledger is when a connected ledger address is.
