25 FPS requirement

Im trying to optimize RadNerf to work with videos of various resolutions (and hopefully framerates).
I was wondering why does the readme say that the input videos must be 25FPS? @ashawkey

I tested this with videos of framerates other than 25. You can run the entire process because the model doesn't run on video but rather the extracted images.
