Your awesome application doesn't work when an email account is protected with 2-step verification.

Maybe there's some work-around I'm not aware of?

@dmalinovsky I'm not sure how to make it work with 2 step verification. Could you try generating a application specific password and use it in Gmail Notifr to see if it's a work-around?

Silly me, it works! I guess this issue is no longer valid, closing it.
