What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on "Putty Configuration"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to connect to a host, get attached "Application_ThreadException" instead.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.0.5 on Windows 8.1
Please provide any additional information below.
