Where is .NetCore 4.5 in VS Community 2022?

Way, you explicitly tell us to reference the WindowsRuntime.
But my machine don't have the DLL in the .NetCore 4.5 folder?
There are only XML files.
Where to download it?

Never mind, ignore the DLL part.
I need only point to my installed Windows Kit 10.220000 and it works.
