After wiping disc: "Oops… Something unexpected happened."

Hi, I found the following issue (in 1.4.2).

After wiping the disc and recording in the same 'session', without pressing 'stop' on the device, the "Oops… Something unexpected happened." message appeared.

Error: Failed to execute 'controlTransferIn' on 'USBDevice': A transfer error has occurred.

When the error appears, at the same time, TOC Edit starts flashing on the device's LCD screen.

Ignore and Continue does not work. 'Recording...' starts and no file is transferred.
Restarting the app keeps the MD device 'paired', one needs to disconnect the USB cable.

The issue is on a N707 (and NF610 according another Discord user), but not on a N510.

@Airell can you check if you plugged in the usb cable directly into the PC or are you using a hub? i got the issue fixed by not using a USB hub . the controller in the hub seems to confuse the tranfer and stops working after 6%
