clippolygon coverted lines extended beyond the boundary into arcs

This is fine for polygons, but for polylines, it is resulting in wierd shapes.

+Enchance the command to detect multilines and polygons.
+Add id on the type of clipping done. Track boundary clips and drop for multi-polylines.
