Patch: adding support for include_entities in the GetSearch() function

I noted that the GetSearch() function had never been updated to allow 
include_entities. As I needed this functionality to access hashtags, I updated  
twitter.py and reinstalled. Here is the updated file, all changes made 
exclusively in GetSearch()
