remove dependency to python-oauth2 switch to oauthlib

python-oauth2 seems not maintained anymore, have security issues ( 
    CVE-2013-4346 CVE-2013-4347) and can't use Python3.
Please consider switching to oauthlib https://pypi.python.org/pypi/oauthlib
