Why not make Cucumber use ANSICON like it's done in RSpec?

Did uou check? Cucumber 0.10.0 uses ANSICON.

Oh, right. I didn't notice that the last commit to this project has been done in 2009. I was stupid enough to just follow link from Twitter and then trigger-happily wonder why on earth did you create this project.
