Split events list in new and old events

The event list should be split in future and past events. By default we should display future events, and there should be some sort of toggle to display past events rather than future events.

Both lists should be sorted so that events closer to the current date are first, and events further in the future or past is farther down the list. (Note that this would mean opposite asc / desc sorting for each list!)
