Implement the real-time model. One global artifact is used by all instances of the game (each agent must register with it first)

I'd say the coding part of the issue is done, at this point, now we just need to test to see if it works, so I'm not closing it just yet.

Note to self: Maybe I shouldn't say coding is done before I test the shit out of it...
