MASSIVE goal:
Add MicroMDM project and configure with Nix to configure all my apple devices.

This would allow me to:
Configure macOS to use all sorts of defaults I can't set automatically otherwise.
This includes things like:
- Screen capture permissions
- Accessibility permissions (yabai)
- More
Configure iOS devices: - Settings
- Defaults
- Applications (Maybe custom ones too?)
- Notifications
