Can't install SSMS and getting error The type initializer for 'PerTypeValues`1' threw an exception

Hi,

I want to install SSMS, but failed. It shows below error information.

It is the VSIX Installer issue and says "The type initializer for 'PerTypeValues`1' threw an exception"
