A relatively new change in Bootstrap 3. Document assets are now stored in

.../_gh_pages/docs-assets/css
.../_gh_pages/docs-assets/ico
.../_gh_pages/docs-assets/js

Therefore we will need to adjust the Grunt process to reflect this.
