won't install due to node-expat using node-wav

This is the infamous node-expat using node-wav install error, which is still in the latest npm version.

You have 0.4.2 as master, while 0.4.1 is in npm.

This npm version is nowhere to be found on github, so I can't look into it's package.json what versions of iconv and node-expat it's depending on.

Where has 0.4.1 gone, and when will you publish 0.4.2 on npm?
