known issue - sometimes segfaults on starts

i dont know how to diagnose this further but it could be related to this Parcel issue parcel-bundler/parcel#1342

for some reason i ran this once https://github.com/ddopson/node-segfault-handler and it just works every time now. very unsatisfying
