I am not sure if the lllPrefix variable is missing the file extension right here: https://github.com/astehlik/typo3-extension-html5mediakit/blob/v11.1.0/Configuration/TCA/Overrides/sys_file_reference.php#L7

If this is true, I can create a PR.
