Add note about using `load_options` when loading from a file directly to a dataframe

We should include a troubleshooting note/ tip that users can use the load_options parameter, and specifically dtype, to help the SDK convert a file to a dataframe if the automatic inference doesn't work. I can own the documentation changes here.
