Update the coordinates notebook to address the vizier/gaia row_limits

The gist of this problem is that the "row limit" feature will cause people who haven't configured their systems to ignore the row limit will only get 50 entries in the vizier/gaia tables.
We should probably just add Gaia.ROW_LIMIT = -1 and similar for vizier or something like that.
