Eastbound and westbound data for the Rural Road & Lemon Street intersection are not available in the movement_utdf.csv file. However, there are errors in the lanes and shared data of some directions at some intersections (i.e. rural road & broadway road SBR; lanes: 0 shared: 0)

Please also provide a clear list of the related content in the original 'movement.csv' file. This will help ensure we can identify the source of any errors, whether they originate from OSM inputs or during the UTDF2GMNS conversion.
